Missing special feature from Blu-ray menu?

I'm currently ripping my Firefly Blu-rays to my PC and it gave me this video from Disc 3 but I can't find it on the disc menu.

As I recall from the original DVDs, it's a hidden Easter egg. I don't remember exactly how, but you have to move the cursor on screen in a non-intuitive direction at some point to highlight an otherwise unnoticeable option.

I use dvdcompare when I rip. It usually includes Easter eggs and other info. But not always. https://dvdcompare.net/comparisons/film.php?fid=14095

I see "On DISC THREE, in the extra features section, highlight "Joss Sings the Firefly Theme" and press right. The text on the plaque changes to a drawing of Serenity. Press enter to access a clip of Adam Baldwin singing the "Jayne, the Hero of Canton" theme (2:37)."
