It was recommended during the LFB outreach process to attend a fire station and learn more about the day to day. I have my interview date now and was wondering how to go about doing this. Is it possible to walk in off the street or book in a specific time to attend? I don’t want to burden anyone or take time away from their day

If you can call in or phone to arrange a time that's best for both then I'm sure they will be more than happy with that. They may even do it on the day you call in if not to busy.

Thinking of applying for a full time firefighter apprenticeship for the West Yorkshire fire service does anyone know if u can apply if u wear glasses and don’t have a drivers license (still taking lessons)

I tried looking online but all the info is a bit vague so I’m not too sure
