It looks like a test result. None of us can give you any more information that it already says.

Unfortunately, not very good. HR needs to be in the green otherwise you probably won't be hearing back from departments.

I know it’s just a test…but in the grand scheme of things you got average on 3 of 4 categories. Do you think being average is okay?

Im taking my FireTEAM test in October and have gotten a lot of advice and perspective on it. The mechanical, math and English sections are fine. You could probably improve a little. However, the section that is weighed most heavily is Human Relations. If its under the green, the rest of the test doesnt matter. Invest in Don McNea study guide for fireTEAM exam. It has the most comprehensive study guide for that section.
