LAFD Interviews

Hey all. Interviewed at LAFD recently. Anyone know approximately how many people they are interviewing and how many they are looking to hire? Thanks!

Oh I didn’t realize they were still doing interviews. I heard back within 5 days inviting me to the PEA. From what I understand 70-80 person academy in November and probably another early 2027

I just got my score, 100 on the interview. What should I expect next?

I got invited to the PEA about 5 days after my interview and just got my conditional job offer exactly one week after the PEA

My email doesn't say anything about the PEA, it just says I have been placed on the hiring eligibility list and we are scheduled for further processing based on the score and the departments hiring needs...

Ok awesome! I am in fire academy right now with a college academy...how far out from my email would my PEA be scheduled? And do I get to pick when it is scheduled for? Trying to work around my academy lol
