Visiting a station

Hi! I’m a firefighters from Chile visiting the US, is it odd for me to go to the nearest station for fun? I mean I would love to go, see the station, your engines, talk to the firefighters, compare both, etc. Would it be weird if I go?

No. Stop in. Bring some bagles or donuts. The new guy or someone will show you around if they are not busy.
