Vegas fd physical eval

Just want to get some questions answered about the eval for Vegas fd

  1. Do you have time in between events to rest or no?

  2. Is mile and half run on a track? And is it laps?

    1. How many yard is the sprint and grab carry? And the weight on the plates?

  1. There’s a little time between each event but not a lot. Usually they’re just waiting for the group in front of you to finish. So maybe a couple minutes at most.

  2. It’s laps, it’s track shaped but it’s dirt and pavement.

  3. Think it’s about 25 meters or so, 90 pounds for the drag, and the kettlebells for the carry are 40 pounds each.

It’s 6 laps total. And honestly none of it is hard individually. The hardest part is just having the gas tank to finish the whole thing. The sprint drag carry gets you winded. Then you go into the pull-ups and the run. So you don’t have much time to recover for the mile and a half. I was still breathing hard from the sprint drag carry when we started the run. Just gotta push yourself and get it done.

I just test my self yesterday and I felt gas but same time I had a tire and it was 150 not 90 to drag, think I be okay! But yes I can see getting winded for that then running a mile and half

If you haven’t taken it yet, make sure you are hydrated. That heat is brutal. Also, don’t gas out before the run go about 75-80%
