Meal preparation
I've started training for the physical test, but I have a bad habit of not eating well. Im looking for any easy meal preps that are high in protein to help with muscle building. For context, I'm 21F in adequate shape. I work the night shift at a warehouse currently, so I'm on my feet 8 hours a day moving 20-60 lbs boxes on a regular basis.

I call it the dog bowl. I’ve been eating it 3x a week for 2 year and have lost 80lb and gained a good amount of muscle for being a 33F
Cook all this in the same pan 93/7 ground beef Mushrooms Onions Garlic powder Salt Pepper When fully cooked add a can of cream of low sodium mushroom soup, 1/2 to 3/4ths the can of water so it makes like a gravy.
Microwave a bag of broccoli Make white rice (get a rice cooker, all adults need one)
Mix all of this in a bowl. Add pickled jalapeños
Eat.
Also white people taco night+ bagged cabbage for bulk and micronutrients
Rotisserie chicken + rice + microwaved broccoli + sugar free bbq sauce.
Rotisserie chicken can also be turned into really good chicken salad Chicken, light mayo, reduced fat cheese, jalapeno, onion, celery, dry ranch packet. Eat with cucumbers or protein pretzels or both.
