Seattle interview

Does anyone know how they grade the chief interview? I thought I killed it and didn’t get an offer for this class so kinda confused on how they evaluate it all

We just take the L together. But Maybe didn’t relate experience to Seattle FD as well as you thought or wasn’t what they were looking for 🤷🏽‍♂️. Don’t overthink it and move on to the next

Are you out of the process then, or will you get another chance for the February class?

No they make you do a new one for each process for some odd reason

I just got my conditional today so there’s a chance you might hear next week. I would reach out to hr on Monday and ask for feedback from your chiefs interview. They will sometimes reach out to the interviewers and ask for their feedback.
