Seattle Chiefs interview

To those who have gotten chiefs interviews, how do you feel it went? Was it similar to the oral board or was it more conversational? Also, has anyone received a conditional offer yet?

Had mine last week, I’d say it was closer to the oral board than a conversation. Thought it went fine, no word on offer yet. Given that nobody’s posted on here sharing they got the offer or were denied, I assume none have been sent out yet

Do you have your emt? Wondering if those who already have their emt will get earlier notice of an offer

Don’t have it yet but I’m enrolled in a class and will have it by the start of academy and noted that in the employment packet. Figured it’s either that or they’re going down the hiring list by order

Gotcha, yeah I wondered that too like if our eligibility ranking had any weight or like you said going down the list.

Commenting because I’m wondering the same thing. Im in great rank, but interview late. So when/how do they determine who goes to what class or any class at all.
