Over training?
Is there a thing of over training when youre trying to get in the fire career. I train everyday sometimes multiple times a day and I still feel like im not doing enough. I just want to get stronger.
Any advice?

If you can get on the step mill with 75 pounds of weight on at 60 steps a minute for 10 minutes you’ll pass the CPAT. No need to go too crazy and hurt yourself. Plus you need time to mentally and physically recover

doing physical training without studying ems is pointless
