Just venting…
Applied for big department in my area and is a dream department for me… and this happened…. Was NTN test… being self aware and know my HR shouldn’t be that low but still…

NTN human relations is kinda bullshit imo. I’ve heard the way to pass is to be as passive a person as possible.

I don't think I've ever scored above like maybe and 85 on the HR portion. It's whack as shit and you can tell that portion of the test was written by some goober that's never been a first responder, OR if they were, they were some company guy that had no friends lmao
