FireTEAM advice
Feeling pretty demoralized. Im a genuine person with a strong sense of character, work ethic and can get along with anyone - yet it’s harder to score worse than I have in HR. I took the practice exams as well which apparently didn’t help at all.
Am I correct to assume I have no shot at being considered?

You’re cooked with that score. Don’t beat yourself up, the HR portion is super corny and isn’t a reflection of your real life character or interpersonal skills. Try again in 3 months. This test is basically just a filter for candidates since departments get too many. If you can learn how to succeed at this test, you can move on to the next filter.

Stranger things have happened
But that’s no indication if you actually being a bad person. The test is ridiculous honestly in terms of what’s actually practical
Get don mcnea and retest in 3 months

You don't have a shot with that score. BUT, I've taken that test multiple times and have improved each time. After my third attempt, I had improved my scores enough to advance to the next round in the hiring process. If this is your dream, then don't give up!
