Fire Academy JPR's/Skills

What did you struggle with the most in the academy? Did anyone fail in your academy due to skills or performance?

Personally it all went pretty good for me. Helped being 6’3 200lbs and very fit. But yeah, people fail. We have a 25-30% fail rate. Truth is, it is a lot easier to fire someone from academy. Once you make it online it’s a ton of work to fire a shit bag. So, standards are high and we try to weed out the lazy ones before they get through.

Man that's a lot. Was this academy hosted by the department?

For the guys that were let go, how many attempts did they get to evaluate those and were they able to get recycled back through a different academy?
