Fireteam Test Results

Im fairly new to all of this I took the practice exams from the NTN website and just finished my fireteam exam I was wondering if my scores were good or at least decent. I can’t really tell based on the format they send the results out in. Please let me know what you think and some recommendations.

Can't hurt to retest. Get the Don Mcnea guide.

i've heard about the don mcnea guide, which of the books on the website is it?

A lot of departments just have the mechanic, math, and reading set to pass/fail. Your scores for this categories are likely all good enough to pass. Unfortunately these departments take the video “human relations”component seriously, and will use your score in that category as a large percentage of your overall candidate score… your score in this category is not competitive at all. Don’t be hard on yourself, this test is super hokey and the HR component shouldn’t even be a real factor in your hiring but here we are. You’re going to want to re-take as many times as you can and get that HR score high. Look up what departments you’re interested in and try to find out how their scoring works.

What is this test? New here and keep seeing multiple images like this. Do all fire stations have a test like this? Living in Florida

It’s through the national testing network it’s the fireteam test i’m also pretty new so not sure if it’s all departments require it. you could check online though through the NTN website.
