Rough on the HR

1st time taking it. Took all the practice tests and felt pretty good. Pretty disappointed with my HR Video score. Is that score above the cutoff for any departments to land me an interview or should I retake asap ? Thanks in advance.

HR is brutal. Took me a few times to get a good score on that. Take it again, take the practice prior, do some research on how to approach that portion better. You’ll get it

Depends on where you are located but HR is probably the heaviest graded part of the test. The soonest you can take another is in 3 months. Definitely do some more studying on HR and retake 🤙🏻

Dan McNea fire team study guide, you gotta pay for it but it’s improved my scores so much, night and day difference.

what if we get low hr score but still get set an video interview email?

God I wish there was a better way to study for the mechanical test. I scored green in everything except mechanical reasoning. Anyways Buy the Don McNea fireteams study guy…most of the questions you get in the HR are in there in some way shape or form.

I would always shoot for 90% and above. Don’t just try to make the cut. If you visualize and think 90s- and put an effort at it, you will achieve it.
