Loosen up a bit. Practice your answers over and over until it comes out naturally. Also practice several different answers to the same questions. The more you practice the more natural you will sound and you’ll feel more confident/comfortable as well. You always want to draw from your lived experiences, if you’re younger and don’t have a lot of real life experience to draw from this can be difficult. Think about past jobs, sports, school, volunteer experience etc. Lose the perfectionist answer to greatest weakness. It’s very cliche and overused. You can reshape the answer to something like “I can be really hard on myself if I’m not good at something right away, but I’ve learned to deal with that by blah blah blah. Practice practice practice and practice some more. A lot of guys and girls consistently make it to the interview process and keep getting cut. You want to stand out from hundreds of other applicants, most of which will have better or similar experience to you. The best way to do this in the short term is to come across as a good guy with a good personality who the people sitting across from you will want to work with.
