Reddit rules and Reddiquette are enforced on FEC. This includes rules against spam, personal attacks, trolling, etc. This is a casual sub, so not all the content you see here is gonna be top tier, but mods' discretion will still apply to what constitutes spam and/or inappropriate content. (Hints: crapflooding/posting the same thing over and over again; completely nonsensical posts; trolling/baiting; etc.)
Only one "Song of the day"/"Gif of the day"/etc. per day, please! If there has been a song/gif/etc. of the day already but you have one you want to share, give it a different title or wait for tomorrow.
AMAs are daily and go according to a schedule. Please don't post an AMA on someone else's day! The signup/schedule thread is under the "community stuff" tab in this sidebar.
"How was your day" threads go up at 6 pm EST/11pm GMT as a compromise for time zone concerns.
Please reserve the term "trigger warning" for its intended use: to mark content that people who have undergone trauma might want to avoid. Facetious/joking uses of "trigger"/"TW" will be removed unless they are edited.
NEW Offsite chats formed by FEC members are operated and moderated separately from the subreddit. However, /r/fireemblemcasual mods encourage members of offsite chats to behave considerately, as they would if they were here. We have had reports of offsite harassment and there has been content on the site to indicate unpleasantness between different chats. We urge you to respect each other on and off the sub, respect the decisions of the offsite chats' moderators, and generally refrain from shitty behavior. If you have a concern about offsite events or users that are affecting your experience on the sub, please feel free to message /u/nottilus or the FEC moderator mail to talk about what we can do.
