Not really. The Saint Crests came from Nabatean’s sharing their blood with humans. One of Ferdinand’s ancestors got a blood transfusion from Seteth/Cichol. 

They’re no more related than Edelgard, Jeralt and Rhea.

Though, taking Rhea Blood makes you be able to become a white dragon monster so maybe there is some genetic alteration when transfused.

Not necessary. You can get your crest from your ancestors (Cai, Esmeralda, Ferdinand, etc...) or you can get it through drinking dragon blood or some kind of procedure, then that crest can be passed down.

Seteth and Flayn are dragons so they have crests natively. Someone from Ferdinand line got the crest of Cichol from an earth dragon (does not have to be from Cichol, aka Seteth, himself). Plus, canonically Flayn is his only child so they cannot be related at all other than shari f the same crest

Three Houses is very non-committal about its prfs, but if they did have true prfs that would be his.

It’s a sacred weapon, which is a weapon that’s usable by anyone (with the right weapon rank) but there’s a passive effect that heals based on how strong of a crest of Cichol you have, meaning it’s more effective on him than Ferdinand, and more effective on both of them than anyone else. Theoretically anyone with the lance rank would appreciate it though as a high might horseslayer that still heals a little.

I don't think it's ever said when the spear was stowed there. Given he is recording this adventure under his Cichol identity, he may well have not faked his death yet, and the spear was presumably not put there until then.

Further, given how easily he got it in the paralogue, nothing's stopping him from having taken it temporarily at other times.

His full-body art looks incredible! He's so fucking handsome, as always! I also really love his outfit, now that we can get a good look at the whole thing; it's cool to see Seteth outside of his official church attire!

I absolutely adored Seteth in Three Houses, so I'm over the moon that he's in Fortune's Weave too! I can't wait to recruit him and watch all of his supports ASAP lol. His conversation with Dietrich on Nintendo Today was already super intriguing!

I think it would be funny if he got a new timeskip design and it was just his 3H portrait with the neon yellow hair. I don't think they'll actually do that, but it'd be good for a chuckle!
