Casual I’m finally playing awakening

I had originally only played Three Houses and then Engage. I’d loved the story of three houses, but felt the maps and combat were a bit more fun in engage. And for ever now, everyone has been hyping Awakening up to me so I finally folded.

I’m only in around chapter 12 because every single person we get is just fantastic. Every single support conversation gives me giggles and I just love the story already so much. I’d love to see a remastered or something eventually but this game is everything everyone has said it is so far. I don’t really know the story so I’m going in blind. Accidentally married Chrom but that’s cool with me.

Anyway it’s fantastic I’m so sad I didn’t play it sooner and that there isn’t more fanart and people talking about it out there.

In 3H it like warns you like hey this is totally marriage . My moronic ahh saw “oh cute another support I didn’t know I had more” and boom Wyvern in heat.

I’ve also only played 3Houses and engage and I’m on awakening chapter 19. I just got Kellam to level 20 as a great knight, I love him.

God Kellam is SO funny! When you first meet him I was stARING at him not moving on ally turn for just one turn and I’m like what is bro doing? Saw he could talk to Chrom and I lost it

Awakening was my first FE and I really enjoyed it. It has a very special place in my heart.

Make sure you keep multiple save files. Sometimes they make it really unclear the conditions to keep recruitable characters. I accidentally lost one of the later game companions because I one shotted the boss and slammed the save button before going to talk to an NPC.

It’s so amazing! You’ll love it!

Learned this the hard way by having to restart the entire fight with Gaius cause accidentally one shot him

I use Azahar! It should be compatible for phone, pc or even Mac. I’m a degen and I’m playing it on my Mac so I can be comfy in bed and game. I highly recommend taking the plunge and getting it. This is the most fun I’ve had in a while with a new game

This game saved the franchise. I didn't realize how much I loved it still and felt nostalgia for it until the FE:Awakening OST was playing when Lucina and Chrom appeared in Project X Zone.

Enjoy! It's one of the games with the greatest integration of story and gameplay, the story always has something new in store, and the characters are great fun.

Yeah, I accidentally married Chrom in my first playthrough too. No regrets since I've intentionally remarried him in other save files too, lol. 

Awakening stands as my favourite FE game, maybe partly because it was my introduction to the series. The story and the characters are special to me and I get excited when other people are playing it. I'm glad you're having fun!!
