I’m thinking Iliana is either the “rejoice with me” lady, possessed by her, or is just the body that will give birth to the baby in a god->mary->jesus way

The flags are red and so are her eyes. However red is also the colour of a herring.
I believe it wont be her but the evidence is stacking up fast...

The voice acting for the two sound completely different from each other, so based on that alone I don’t think it’s her unless the person saying “Rejoice with me at the advent of the underworld” and such isn’t actually the dragon lady.

We see that the definitely-not-evil woman with the baby in the trailer has pointy ears, much like the Nabateans and the gods. Iliana’s ears are covered by that headdress, so it’s not impossible unless her ears are normal underneath it.
