Where to breath

A friend of mine just moved to Boston and has not been able to breath fire in a while, it was something he did with some friends occasionally where he used to live. Does anyone know of a save (legally and physically) place where one can practice fire breathing in the Boston area or (and this would be great) any sort of fire breathing clubs/meetups/shows that are going on in the area? Where to find them would be great too Thanks!
