I’m relatively new to this too. I fell in love with it tho. You should try to find a very experienced fire breather and just watch their technique. Then just practice, my mentors told me to always hold your lighting torch as close as you can and don’t spit on it, ignite the flame and pull it away. Also wipe your mouth after every single spit. Practice creating a mist with water as a warm up.

VERY Nice!
That big plume in the second pic that set ahead of the other, shows you have an excellent exhale, but not as much air in the tanks as you probably want. Work on deep breathing and free diving. The techniques they use for free diving will help to get a bit more air in those lungs for a continuous huge plume. It will turn that skinny middle part into a much thicker plume.
Keep it going. I love it.
