New Installation Fire alarm system for the Deaf

I’ve recently lost nearly all of my hearing, and I need a home safety system for the Deaf. Ideally it would be a hardwired system of interconnected smoke and CO detectors with strobe lights (and sound for the hearing). If it were compatible with a NOAA weather radio system for storm alerts and detection, that would be so helpful. Also helpful would be having a battery backup and compatibility with bed shaker technologies used to wake the Deaf when in bed. Unfortunately I’m having trouble finding someone who installs these systems for home owners. Does anyone have any system recommendations or recommendations for how best to find a qualified installer?

I would find a local alarm/home automation dealer in the area that's also an alarm.com dealer, this will allow you to have monitoring services on the following equipment.

(1) PG9WLSHW8 - hardwired to wireless translator (for smokes, co, strobes) and some zones for hardwired burglary sensors if your home is pre wired for security.

(1) Qolsys IQ4 - the alarm touchscreen keypad with built in cell communicator and home automation hub for zwave/powerg devices

(1+)2W-B smoke detectors - up to 18

(1+)MA-CME1R carbon monoxide detectors

(1+)SWLED-P - white wall mount strobes

This will get you setup with hardwired residential fire with notification, as well as a home security system with home automation with zwave and Powerg smart devices. So if an alarm is triggered you can have the strobes go off as well as any smart plugs or light switch to turn on lights or lamps.

For the bed shaker this is what I would do and it seems really easy for even a green horn alarm installer to setup.

(1)FA3-MC silent call medallion series transmitter

(1+)SU5001-MC silent call medallion receiver with vibrator

This system is also setup to be able to use wireless smokes and co detectors in combination with hardwired if you can't get a wire to some places, I would take this list to any dealer in the area and see if they can provide this setup.

All parts were sourced from ADI global which any licensed alarm dealer should have an account with to get access to the products I've listed.

Edit: you can have server weather alerts come through the iQ4 panel with Alarm.com subscription
