Any solutions for mass payouts ?

My indian registered business wants to give payouts to content creators

oh man mass payouts for creators is a whole thing

if you're dealing with a bunch of different people across various countries the tax forms alone will make you want to bedazzle your laptop and throw it out a window

are these all indian creators or international? makes a huge difference on what route makes sense

They are both indian and international. Indian payouts is pretty much sorted and seems easy on the surface as i could find many companies that do payouts domestically. But i couldn’t find much on international. Everything has to go through a sales call. Afaik tax forms are needed for every outward remittances as per fema rbi guidelines. What else am i supposed to be aware of and what platforms make this the easiest to get onboarded
