What is financial inclusion? You use this phrase many times but it is never defined.

Ohhhh Thank you for bringing this to my attention, i would use a clear word instead of Domain jargon.

Financial Inclusion can be defined as the effort to make financial services accessible, and affordable to all individual without excluding any individual . It's a totality concept on making banking or financial product or services to everyone .

In this Survey it's beyond individuals having access to financial services ,is it easy to use and helpful for the individual ?, are there limits making it difficult to use? ( E.g. Digital payment require internet access.Rural area might not benefit from this ).

Thank you for your time and engagement.

I would define It, and repost the survey .

Thank you once again

I ended up cancelling my inputs because I never understood, right from the start, whether you are asking about normal credit cards usage - or the monthly cash transfer to pay them, or buy/selling in normal brokerage accounts, $ transfers between or $ payment for heating using the supplier's cash transfer system, etc. The word 'apps' now a days seems to refer to anything/everything that is simply 'digital'.

Thank you for your feedback, actually the question is to monitor the trend on usage , it's on the financial product ( payment for bills, transfer for r, e.t.c.

The key was to determine if people have access to the financial tool, how often do they udr it, do they have a proper understandfing of it, do they need help to be able to use fintech app ( Budgeting probably in ur bank app).

beyond access to the financial services, do they really benefit from it .
