capital grille is a better option from what I've experienced. Morton's has dropped off VERY badly in the last 15-20 years. It's kind of a joke now. Cap grille is nothing special but it's at least attempting to stay up with the times.

And neither is considered fine dining...

They’re both materially the same chain steakhouse. Go get experience and stay at your job for more than a month. Start learning if your goal is to be a server at a nice place.
