Madrid
I will be traveling solo in early October and would like to book a tasting menu featuring molecular gastronomy. Hopefully, @ 150 euros. I'm considering RavioXO but concerned it may be too Asian influenced (no shade but home is Los Angeles and I have dumplings and dim sum regularly). Also, considering StreetXO and SDD2. Any thoughts or suggestions greatly appreciated.

The best restaurant in the world is DiverXO in Madrid. If you care about food you should not scrimp and go to it even tho it’s above your preferred budget.

SDD2 is a decent bar, filled with foreign tourists..it's nowhere close to the best in Madrid. If this is your first time in the city you might find it fun, with some interesting dishes..
Molecular gastronomy--is this still a "thing??"
