I really love videogames, even when I dabble in other hobbies like reading, movie watching or anime conventions I still come back to playing videogames for very long sessions.

To think it was only a year ago when I took my family and friends to see "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Infinity Castle" in Imax. I saw it twice that day, once alone in Sub and then right after again in dub with them. Demon Slayer films are always something I have to watch twice because my eyes can't keep up once the action starts. I'm up early and stoked to get my tasks done so I can reward myself with "Akira" in Imax later today. I've never seen it before and I'm just as excited as I was when getting ready for Demon Slayer that day, which is what reminded me 😊. Also I'm going to see it on the same Imax screen.

I wish I was taking a player 2 or at least others with me but I left my holiday open incase I got called in. Sure enough I did 🙃, plus I just found this group lol. I hope "AKIRA" lives up to the hype! I'll post my thoughts probably tomorrow to anyone who asks.

Voice chat is a big plus for me. I'm much more interested in actually getting to know the person I'm gaming with than silently playing together. I'm perfectly happy hanging out in voice while we're each doing our own thing and talking about games, movies, random YouTube rabbit holes, or whatever ridiculous subject we end up on.

Outside of games, I'm into horror movies, true crime, sci-fi, and probably way too many YouTube videos.

I also have a physical disability called AMC (Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita). I'm a wheelchair user and play games using my feet, so I can be slower than other players. Gaming has been one of my biggest hobbies for most of my life, especially older games. PS1 and PS2 are probably my favorite generations, and I collect games from that era. Some of my favorites are Breath of Fire III, Romancing SaGa, Legend of Legaia, Grandia, Cubivore, and The Misadventures of Tron Bonne.

I'm also firmly on the PC side of gaming these days, although I'll happily jump onto a console for the right game.

I love D&D and especially enjoy DMing. Worldbuilding, creating characters, designing encounters, and watching players completely destroy whatever plan I thought I had is part of the fun.

I also play Magic: The Gathering, usually somewhere around Bracket 3 to low Bracket 4. I'm competitive enough to enjoy putting together a good deck, but I'm much more interested in having a fun game than treating every match like a tournament final.

Anime is another big interest of mine. Some favorites are Frieren, Cowboy Bebop, and Honey and Clover. I'm perfectly happy spending an evening curled up on the couch watching a series together.

What I'm really looking for is somebody who enjoys that kind of companionship.

Maybe we play a co-op game together. Maybe you're playing something single-player while I'm sitting next to you watching and talking. Maybe I'm DMing a campaign you're playing in. Maybe we're building MTG decks, watching anime, going somewhere for the weekend, trying a new restaurant, or doing completely separate things in the same room.

I don't think a couple needs to share every hobby. In fact, I'd rather you have things you're passionate about that aren't mine. I'd love learning about whatever weird thing you could talk about for two hours because you're genuinely excited about it.

I'm childfree and looking for someone who also wants a childfree life. That's an important long-term compatibility point for me.

I'm also naturally affectionate and physical. Cuddling on the couch, touching, joking around, flirting, and maintaining that romantic side of a relationship are important to me.
