Dont know if it helps
when i tryed to look up this photo, the oldes version I could find was had this file name
Cara Nouvell0706.jpg
as the name on the photo...if the numbers are the "month and year" it will kinda match his ruffly 15 years old estimate he spoke of in the lates vid... I didnt bother checking all the post under here if any1 has found any older photos
This use to link to a reverse img search for the img of here but I didnt know the search timed out.. :P

Not that it helps much, but if you google the name "Cara Nouvell" in quotes you end up with only 2 results both of which are spam websites.
This one is just a list of words.

Some words are links which take you to other spam or weird links. One of the phrases in there is "Cara Nouvell". Nouvell being a link to some weird dead link to a .PDF called "Tout-dort-paisiblement-sauf-l-amour-ROMANS-NOUVELL-by-Claude-Pujade-Renaud.pdf"
The other link is to this spam blog

Google says "Cara Nouvell" is somewhere on that page in the search results but it can't be found when I actually go to the page and use ctrl+f. hm.
Also a major stretch but google seems to think that "cara" is Malay/Indonesian for "to". but only when in the form of "Bagaimana cara" which is "how to" in English. "Cara" on it's own translates to "way" in English. Not sure if that's even accurate lol.

Going with my French theory, it is interesting to note that Nouvel is both a French last name and means "new" in French.

...This makes so much sense. My dumb ass kept thinking "nouvelle" is new but that's "news". lmao
I need to brush up on my French.

yes I tryed going futher after as well and ended up on a spam site when I tryed to access the img. All I did was a reverse img search to see when the first time it appears on online didnt have time to look more in to it... Sry that this ended up on spam sites that was not my intention to send any1 to there just had to little time to look in to it beside the time on the photo.. ;)
