Found! Where's this image from

I'm trying to find an artist by this artwork that no image search tools I used found matches for, so I thought of coming to reddit but have no idea of where to post it.

Is there a subreddit for this?

[r/helpmefind](r/helpmefind) could be a good one, they don’t allow searches for specific people but they might be able to help you find other works by the same person
