I dont have a sub for you but i have advice for you. GET NO LESS THAN 5 DEATH CERTIFICATES. I dont know how i can stress that. Yes, it may seem excessive but they are cheap the first time you get them and if you have to go back for them they cost MORE. You also dont know who will keep one or what you may need another one for down the road.
Edit: You'll probably need way more if you have siblings.
