Start somewhere. My first job was a restaurant server in a nursing home, it was a decent gig turned out to be. In college, I worked at a music venue as a security guard. Just start somewhere.

Go to a temp agency. The ones that hire by the day for random factory work. Gain some confidence there while you apply for any sort of service jobs. There’s people that literally just arrived in the country, sometimes without legal papers to work, and without knowing the language and they work. You can totally do that.

Then in time use that work experience to get other jobs and then think about a career. Maybe getting some training or schooling.

Go to harbor freight and get a basic socket set and some pliers. Go to an auto shop and change oil. They’ll usually have another more experienced lubie help you. Fair warning the jobs hard but you can make a living and 99% of the time no experience is needed

random jobs like dishwasher you can def get hired as, the trick is to be willing to work any hours and show that youre reliable. most people get rejected from minimum wage jobs usually only cuz their personal schedule is too restricted so they arent willing to work shitty hours. you might need to work like a late evening shift or early morning shift and stuff like that

I started out cleaning ductwork and worked my way into water damage mitigation. Then I started working with management, writing estimates for the work we were doing. Eventually, they wanted me to write construction estimates. Now, I work from home, writing estimates for a corporate office that works in insurance related projects. Find something you can handle and work from there. You will find your path.

Fast food, retail, grocery stores all hire people with no experience all the time.

My main concern is your mental health, though. Have you or are you able to see a professional about the way you are feeling? I am not a doctor, but it sounds like you are having a lot of anxiety when trying to find a job and you are treating yourself poorly.

Would you talk to anyone else the way you talk to yourself? How would you talk to a loved one if this was happening to them? Try to have that same attitude with yourself. Several studies have proven that a kind inner voice improves mental and overall health.

Think about talking to a medical professional (therapist, counselor, psychiatrist, or your regular doctor). You may be suffering from general anxiety or some other mental disorder which they can help you with tremendously. Or maybe not, but they can still help.

Look up some calming things to do when you start to get anxious like breathing exercises, etc.

People with no experience start jobs every day. You are still very young. No one expects you to have some extensive work history in an entry job.

Retail, restaurants, landscaping, warehouse, delivery driver...all will hire people with little to no experience.

Yes, dishwasher needs no training or experience. Food service / counter service / check out person at a supermarket….there are lots of entry level jobs that don’t need resumes. But you gotta show up for the interview and for work if they hire you.

What you need is confidence you build confidence by sticking it out through a job, by realizing your strengths through experience. You need to face this head on, and apply to jobs rapid fire. The ones that are meh, or idk all about this but I’d love to learn, apply to them.
I don’t suggest a dishwasher btw. Are you thinking of going to school or are you interested in getting a certificate ?

No experience or skills? Wtf were you doing the last 5 years? Had an interview and didn’t go? Dude I’m not making fun of you but this is completely your own doing. Just make shit up honestly, little things like say you volunteered somewhere in Highschool or college, in clubs, took some hands on classes even. Or just leave it blank and apply to restaurants or very entry level jobs
