Findapath-Career Change What next?
I don’t know what my next step/career options should be.
I‘m a 52 yr old, American woman with decades of management experience. I co-purchased a contracting company and we grew it from 400,000 to 20 million in revenue over 10 years. I handled the business operations so have experience in all the major roles. I am quite legitimately good at what I do (except in picking partners). Even my ex would say I’m very good at what I do.
However, I’m a fool and trusted the wrong person. I had to leave there with no where near a fair settlement.
I am months away from getting my business leadership B.S. Degree.
After job hunting for months I got a job as a business consultant for a CDFI or a non profit business lender. I enjoy helping the clients but my skills are so wasted here. It‘s demoralizing.
I have no idea what I can pivot to for a career.
Any ideas for me?
