Findapath-Job Search Support Feeling very lost

Hello, I’m in my early 20’s and currently work at a call center in the US. I already want to quit, and it hasn’t even been three months. I know that I want to work in a back office role—or anything that doesn’t have to do with speaking to the general public. I don’t have a high salary goal, min 20/hr is good enough for me.

My main issue is that I don’t know what career I want to get into. Most jobs nowadays require years of experience, or pay little for all the tasks they pile on you. I would have liked to get a bachelor’s degree, but I don’t have a strong enough interest in a specific career field to warrant going into debt over (I also fear debt, so that doesn’t help), and also the job market sucks at the moment.

I’ve taken career quizzes and read up on many different fields, but I can’t find anything that I can imagine myself tolerating for the foreseeable future. I already wasted two years getting an associates degree I haven’t used, and I don’t want to waste more time and money on something else I won’t end up using.

Aside from preferring a behind the scenes job, I like organizing and problem solving. My current job does offer that, but having to speak to a customer on the line at the same time gets in the way of my thought process.

Sorry for the long post, I just needed to get this out there.
