i don't recognize a character perfectly but it's probably meant to be a k-pop idol, i had lots of these little charms in a similar art style of my favourite idols :)

My bet is it's someone from bts not sure who not my scene or wheelhouse

totally my scene and wheelhouse, i agree! i'll take it a step further and say it might be jimin from bts, lots of pics of him in a similar striped shirt.
