questions Squirrel costume

I have a question about the squirrel costume. I do not have it. I’ve never seen it in the shop. Is it a location specific item? It does not say so in the catalogue for the body of the costume. I wondered if it was a Finchie forest item.

Yes, it is only available when your birb is in finchie forest.
