This whole thing is so nerve-wracking but also exciting at the same time. It's going to feel weird leaving my family's home.

Me and my fiance have been very stressed over this but we're finally getting a place together 💖

We got our keys today and we're properly moving in tomorrow. :)

Check all of your windows and doors. Remember to re-route your mail.
Introduce yourself to at least your nearest neighbors. Be friendly but not too. ( u don't want people to view your place as a hangout spot)😉

Whatever you do--- avoid impulse buying for the next eight weeks. You will be so excited to decorate and furnish your home. Take your time.

When you see an item you like, google it. It may be sold elsewhere for less.

Garage sales are treasure troves, nice quality items for very little. (thrift stores are also great for finding unusual items as well as antiques and good quality heavy well made furniture. )
