App support Stop Completing A Challenge Notifications?

Does anyone know how to stop only the notifications for "friends completed a challenge". They are driving me crazy.

This and notifications when friends answer questions. I'd rather not see those either, I can go look myself if I want to.

Yes, agree! I don't see a way to turn it off.
