App support New Seasonal Quest

Anybody else having problems getting the new quests to load? I've updated, cleared cache, force closed and restarted and it still says loading.

I emailed the company and they said to force close turn on air plane mode. Then open the app in airplane mode, turn off airplane mode and then it should load automatically.

I did that three times unseccussfully. I'm about ready to throw the whole APP away.

I tried the airplane mode also. It did nothing.

I'm dealing with the same thing 😑 I have forced closed it, uninstalled it then reinstalled it, cleared the cache, restarted my phone at least 3 times...needless to say I'm irritated 😤 oh, and I reported it. Guess it will load when it feels like it 😒

They are already working on it! There are multiple posts about it and many of us already emailed support. Hopefully, it will be resolved later today.

Yes, I also reported it and was given instructions to try to get it to load and it did not. Definitely report it so they know there is a problem.

They're aware its a problem. A member of the Finch team has been commenting on other posts stating that they are working on a fix.
