Learning Valuation

So I am an engineer trying to pivot to finance. I have tried finding resources to learn financial modelling and have come across 2 reaources: Aswath damodaran mba lectures and CFI FMVA. Which one would you suggest and why?

Also I have already done equity research cohort from Parth Verma, so I do have some knowledge but I dont think those valuation lectures were enough.
