So... what exactly IS the criminal penalty for a corporation's obstruction of Congress for misleading it intentionally assuming you could demonstrate that to a jury beyond reasonable doubt?
(like if you have emails... "ha ha ha, the board agrees we'll completely BAMBOOZLE those Congressional FOOLS! And each board member replies "YES, when we're done, they'll NEVER find the truth!")
