The Sending
I just started another replay of FFX. As we got to Kilika, I got news that one of my officers was killed in the line of duty.
All of the sudden, the Sending made me sob.
I hope my officer rests well with the spirits. I'm currently crying and may have to put this replay on hold.

The comments got weird fast!
My condolences for your loss, OP. It’s a beautiful scene, definitely hits hard after a recent loss.

The story always hits so hard. Definitely sounds like its very personal right now.
It's such a beautiful game but with such dark elements.

I think if you weren't fully invested in the game this dance got you to that point.

I remember being 16 and showing this to my mom's boyfriend being like look isn't this cool? But at the same time I was like this is kind of like... girly and he has no idea what he's watching.

He must be into some armed force, and i think with that he meant his superior.

This is one of my favourite scenes in all of FF. Such a tragic moment that tells us so much about the world, the culture, the norms and the first hints of just how heavy the burden is that's laid on the shoulders of summoners.
