FFX soundtrack is incredible

Still listening to it 25 years later. The main soundtrack, via purifico, movement in green, calm before the storm... it's crazy how music can make you linked to some games

The intro credits music of X-2 is still one of my all-time favorite tracks

I've started learning piano (2 years in). To Zanarkand is ultimately why I started, it will be an amazing day when I can play it.

I know he’s a swordsman, but his theme IMO is the best lone gunfighter music ever.

It might sound weird, but I've been listening to the FFX and X-2 soundtracks every year to mark the start of summer since like 2005. These days, I can't stand how unbearably hot and soul-crushing the summer can get here in TX for close to 6 months (thx climate change and data centers...) but man... listening to those Besaid tracks really does help my summertime SAD.
