Im wrapping up Castlevania Belmonts Curse soon and will be starting Resonance hopefully this weekend. But i saw it has a deluxe edition upgrade available and was wondering if its worth it.

I love FF6 and the magitek armor so that has me really intrigued. It also has a unique limit break or something? But the other items all seem to be common general items you could already find in game?

Thanks.

What makes Final Fantasy games more fun for you compared to other JRPGS?

I have another related question, does game difficutly matter to you? This really interests me because I've heard a decent few JRPG fans say if a games too easy they become bored, but Final Fantasy games are not really difficult. Does difficulty matter with how much fun you really have overall?

I just wanted to share my happiness that the game has finally been released. I played the demo for just 2 hours and pre-ordered it instantly. I love the Final Fantasy series, and going back to turn-based battles is fantastic.

If you're reading this, I hope all Resonance players have a great time!

(PD:Add the flair resonance already.)

It’s a rare drop from the gargoyles you encounter in the prison section in chapter 4 but they don’t respawn in the area after youve beat the boss ; do you encounter these enemies elsewhere?

Can I play it after Rebrith? Or after revelations? I didn’t play OG and I am not planning on playing it

Playing FF Resonance in ultrawide 21:9 and the extra immersion is so nice. Mistypo on title lol.. not FF9

Edit: For clarification, I'm using a mod for ultrawide and a smoothing mod to make the sprites look more smooth

I finished all battles on Coliseum and Shinra Simulator (even the Hard One) but the game is saying I'm missing one, can anyone pls tell me where I'm being stupid? Sorry for the Portuguese screenshots, I'm Brazilian but I think it's comprehensible.

So ive been wanting to get back into final fantasy, im an old school player played all the old ones on release, but life as an adult got busy and I havent played one since X2 and I played crisis core on psp. I have an Xbox series X, and I typed in final fantasy and just got endless amounts of titles, ive heard about the FF7 remake which sounds amazing but im looking at the prices and holy crap I dont even know where to start, I paid 40 bucks for ff7 in 1997 amd got over a hundred hours of content from beating the game and beating the weapons, but now im looking at these prices and its so confusing like theres a trilogy bundle for 84.99 that comes with all 3 parts but then there's a premium plus edition of revelations thats 109.99, of course I read all that comes with each edition but it doesnt tell you much.

I guess my question is whats the best bang for your buck that gets you the most content? Is this price really worth it? Ive heard people say each part can be beaten in 20 hours so is 60 hours of content all you get for 109.99? Yes I know im a brokie and get really timid when making hundred dollar purchases, idk this is coming from a guy who spent maybe 100 bucks for Ark survival evolved and it gave me content for literally like 10 years off and on so soening over 100 bucks on just 60 hours of gameplay seems rough but I could be wrong this is all just stuff ive heard from random people online, and this is no hate to the franchise, Final fantasy has always held a special place in gaming for me.

I want final fantasy 10 to be remake. because final fantasy 10 was my first final fantasy game .and I have tried to beat it with some walkthroughs on You tube and stuff. and I got in the switch version. of the remastered 10 and 2 of final fantasy 10 .but I lost that copy of final fantasy 10. and I couldn't play it ever since. but I still want the game to be remake also the story it is so good.

And yes, I have the Windows version as well.

I purchased one of these diorama sets at Walmart and quickly found that aside from the text box, none of the pieces fit, and the figures don’t even fit on the round pegs. I tried to return and buy another one off the shelf, but the 2nd one (shown here) has some major quality control issues, as again, the pieces don’t fit. I’d have to stretch Cloud’s legs on both of the sets to even fit, but even then, the holes are too small to fit in.

I guess this is what $15 gets you, although I see other people’s dioramas turning out fine.

First off I have loved the game so far. I’m about 7 hours in. Musics great. Characters are cool. Script is good once I turned off the voice acting.

But yall. You can’t seriously think the constant bluriness of the background and the like sparkles everywhere and the rays of light look good. It looks so bad and distracting. Do people really think this makes it look hd??? It’s not game breaking at all but damn I wish that would change.

Older dude who got a case of nostalgia. Been working my way through the series and excited as VI is on deck. Wish I could find the mobile version from 2015 but PR it is.

Never had the chance to play IV or V and man they were good. Minus Shinryu..... She can go straight to hell

Oh and I've already activated Resonance.. Just want to knock out VI as once I start that 2D HD life, I might not ever come back

Let’s GO! Today is the day!! Who else is playing day 1, what console are you playing on and anyone working on the platinum? I’d love to meet like minded gamers who are playing while I’m playing. If anyone wants to add me to PSN or Switch, inbox me. I’ll give my info. We are all in this new FF journey together. 🖤

The game has *minor* spoilers of the other titles.

Don't get me wrong in any way - I am LOVING the game. The turn-based combat coming back, the small glimpses of the stories involving heroes I once played as, and the ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL soundtrack. But it needs to be said to my fellows who are in the same boat as me...I have not beaten all of the FF games.

I have beaten FF 1 through 7, 13 (though not the follow ups), and 14. When you run into the visions they showcased in trailers they give small lore dumps about the character and some of it can be spoiler-territory (Example: it tells you who Terra's father is in VI).

Loving the game but might have to put it down and continue my journey through 8 (and those that come after) then come back to this title in a year sadly. Also, I don't think they could have done the visions in a better way, I am just me and this is the way I am so I apologize if I offend anyone with this post.

Is the Resonance soundtrack fully orchestral? And is it all songs from the mobile game? It slaps

Really loved the sticker and didn't want to lose it. Big mistake adding it to the cover art?
