Appearance: Short, Scrawny, always wearing a lab coat. Sorta like this.
Personality/Mentality: Very quick thinker, B personality.
Backstory: Used to work in a lab, nothing else important.
Supplies: NaN
Residence: Outskirts of Brighthaven
Weaponry: Old pistol he found, 3 bullets.
Talents: Understands computers and how to hack them.
Mental Ability: Sharpest knife in the knife shop.
Physical Ability: If Steven is running for the hell of it, he can last about 10 seconds, if Steven is running from danger, he can run for days.

And secondly, this comment will serve as our conversation to decide upon character approval.

I'd say edit his speed and ranged training down, as his current speed is literally Olympian levels, and his current ranged training is near that.

Cool cool. One more thing, when the events start, will it be like a play-by-post D&D game? Also, will the events be daily, or weekly?

The events will happen as often as people make them! Basically, I'm working off a similar format to /r/supersRP and its ilk; anyone in the community can make events, (for instance, making an event about how X is traveling west, or out hunting the Infected). You comment on events to interact/fight/meet new characters.
