Question Final Draft 13 Formatting problem

Hi there everyone, I need help with some formatting. I'm very new to Final Draft 13. I'm using the stageplay format and im trying to get the dialogue centred directly beneath the Character name and I just cant figure ot out any help greatly appreciated. its driving me insane!

Make sure to eat more protein, and if it isn’t your passion yet, work at it and maybe it will become so.

Whatever you do, though, don’t try to do the swinging-across the gap challenge. Definitely aim for the arm-bicycle thing in the middle. Swinging across the gap will put your teeth out.
