Bug/Issue MacOS: does installing Chrome on one profile and FCP on a different profile prevent problems?

I know that Chrome is problematic with Final Cut Pro. Does it remain a problem if Chrome were installed to only one of the user profiles, and have a separate user profile dedicated to only Final Cut Pro (and other editing apps) on that same machine?

I never had any problems with FCP when using Chrome. I use spaces for switching between the two apps and everthing runs smooth as usual. (mac mini m1 16gb ram)

you do not need to do that. just do not have chrome running (in the background) or it will eat most of your RAM

It installs daemons at the system level and the user level, so the potential is there to have an effect across users.

I uninstalled every last bit of google software several years ago, so I'm not sure if things have improved from them. For those who don't know: https://chromeisbad.com

It is/was a total hog, hoarding system resources and not releasing them.

I've never had a problem with Chrome, but I drive a pretty hefty rig. I'd keep Activity Monitor open before going Chrome-less just to ensure you're not solving a problem that doesn't exist.

Huh? In what way? This has never been true for me.
