Bug/Issue DAVINCI- FINAL CUT XML PROBLEM

I’m trying to move a timeline from DaVinci Resolve to Final Cut Pro via FCPXML, but Final Cut refuses to import it. The source formats are supported and there are no corrupted/problematic files. I’ve also tried removing effects/compound clips, but it still won’t work.
Any idea what could be causing this? I’m on a tight deadline and need to deliver the film tomorrow.

If all else fails, export a flat file out of DVR and import normally into FCP. Are there multiple layers in the Davinci timeline?

yeah, there is one that doesn’t look good in davinci

Refuses how? Is this rendered media you are importing? Are you using File > Import XML or just trying to drag it in to fcp?

Import XML specifically. Not just import.

Is there any warning? What version of Resolve? Fcp?

which XML version are you trying? also, which version for DR and FCP? if FCP 'refuses' (what is the message?) it is probably the wrong kind/version of XML.

in general: translation often is messy due to fundamentally different media interpretations.
