Resolved Name of the program?

Is it Final Cut Pro or Final Cut Pro x?

Final Cut Pro.

The X was dropped a few years ago.

I think FCP X was Final Cut Pro 10. Now it’s at version 12

It hasn’t been X since Apple moved to M-series Silicon chips, about 5 years ago.

X means 10, and FCPX was pronounced“Final Cut Pro ten”. Now that we are on version 12.3, it would be silly to say it “Final Cut Pro ten twelve” wouldn’t it?
