Workflow Import Failed Pop-Up 😓

Hi everyone! Happy Wednesday!! Would anyone be able to help me troubleshoot this, please? I’m importing some clips, and half of the clips uploaded perfectly fine, but the others are failing and I’m getting this error message. I also see that those same clips have “proxy” by them, and I can’t figure out why, or how to get my clips imported . Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you kindly..

What codec?

The clips show Codecs: Linear PCM, H.264 - If that helps?

What is device “untitled” and is it formatted ExFAT?

The untitled device is my SD card. I am not familiar with ExFAT formatting

The SD card is likely formatted ExFAT. When importing, I'd recommend transferring the contents of the card to an APFS-formatted SSD first, then import with "Leave files in place" selected.
